Characteristics of Molybdenum Plate
Forming the molybdenum powder with isostatic pressing, and with the technology of hot rolling, annealing, washing with alkali, cold rolling ,cutting,leveling off after the molybdenum plate billet is formed by sintering with medium frequency furnace, molybdenum plates have the excellent characteristic of brightness and smoothness on the surface and well reprocessing.
After cross rolling and vacuum heat treatment, 99.95% pure molybdenum sheet has the advantages of high strength, high temperature resistance, uniform internal structure and high temperature creep resistance. Molybdenum sheet has stable performance and better processing performance, and is suitable for deep processing such as wire drawing, stamping and bending.
Applications of Molybdenum Plate
Molybdenum plates and sheets are usually used for electronic and semiconductor components, chemical corrosion parts and high-temperature structural parts, and also for the production of molybdenum screens, molybdenum boats, molybdenum boxes, molybdenum heating elements and accessories in vacuum furnaces.
